Anna Marie Baldry, 82, of Chetek passed away on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at the Knapp Haven Nursing Home in Chetek. She was born January 28, 1930 in Milwaukee, WI the daughter of Lester and Anna (Schank) Koch.
After raising a family, Anna went on to become a CNA. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Anna also enjoyed cooking, had a green thumb with plants, and made many afghans for family.
Anna leaves to celebrate her memory, her children, David (Ruth) Baldry, Janesville, WI; Donna (Larry) Wolf, Merrill, WI; Susan (Michael) Billon, Chetek, WI; Roger (Katie) Baldry, Janesville, WI; Roy (Lisa) Baldry, New Auburn, WI; Jenny Baldry (special friend, Ken Steinke), Chilton, WI; brother, Harvey Koch, Evansville, WI; sister, Eve Ketelboeter, Cornell, WI; 15 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; many other loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Westly Baldry; brother, Laurence; sister, Mae.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, October 26, 2012 at the Burnham Ours Funeral Home, 206 Schofield St., Chetek, WI, with Pastor Wayne North officiating. Anna’s family will be greeting visitors from 9:00-11:00 A.M. Friday at the funeral home. Anna will be laid to rest next to her husband, Westly at Island Lake Cemetery in Big Bend Township, Rusk County. Casket Bearers will be grandsons: Tim Baldry, Jonathan Wolf, Michael Billon Jr., Cody Baldry, Brandon Baldry, and Chad Baldry.
