Carolyn Rae (Waller) Mccormick

Carolyn Rae McCormick, 47 of Rice Lake, Wisconsin passed away Saturday, April 2, 2016 at the Mayo Clinic Health Care System in Barron with her loving family at her side. Carolyn Rae Waller was born on September 11, 1968 in Elk Mound, Wisconsin the daughter of Dale and Gloria (Howard) Waller.
Carolyn was currently a Reading Specialist in the Barron County School District. She was a loving mother of five children and a loving wife to Ernie. They resided in Sumner Township where she loved working on the family hobby farm.
Carolyn leaves to celebrate her memory: mother, Gloria Waller, Chetek, husband, Ernie McCormick, Rice Lake, children, Ashlie, Mary, Tyler and Sara McCormick and Justin McGoldrick all of Rice Lake, sisters, Chris Johnson, Cheryl (Troy) Stone and Cathi Waller and many other loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Dale Waller.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, April 8, 2016 at 6:00 P.M. at the Chetek Lutheran Church. Carolyn’s family will be greeting visitors at the church beginning at 5:00 P.M.
The Burnham-Ours-Kolstad Family Funeral Home of Chetek has been entrusted with arrangements.
