Christopher K. Zak, 46 of Chetek passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at Mayo Clinic Health System-Northland. He was born October 16, 1967, the son of Holliss (Biskup) and Kenneth Zak in Ft. Campbell, Kentucky.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in the Chicago area.
