Deloris M. Ours, 92 of Chetek, WI passed away Thursday, December 14, 2017 at Atrium Post Acute Care Center in Chetek, WI.
Deloris was born January 30, 1925 to Marcus and Hannah (Olson) Evenson in the Town of Pershing. She married John F. Ours, Jr. February 12, 1948. She lived in Chetek most all of her life.
Deloris graduated from Barron High School. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary American Legion and Chetek United Methodist Church. She enjoyed visiting with her grandchildren, family, friends and being a homemaker. Deloris and John wintered in Florida and Texas for 25 years.
Deloris is survived by her children, John (Linette) of Chetek, Marilyn (Paul) Johnson of Cameron, Terry (Jean) of West Salem, WI, Jeffrey (Lisa) of Kansas City, MO, ten grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and one sister, Joan (Lane) Goad of Pleasantville, IA. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers and 6 sisters.
Funeral Service will be Monday, December 18, 2017 at Chetek United Methodist Church at 11:00 A.M. with Reverend Scott Evenson officiating. Burial will be at Lake View Cemetery in Chetek. Friends may call at the Church Monday, December 18, 2017 from 9:00-11:00 A.M.
