Diann D. (Davis) Richardson

Diann D. Richardson, 80, of Chetek, Wisconsin passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2020 at the Mayo Clinic Health System, Red Cedar in Menomonie, Wisconsin.  Diann Davis was born on March 16, 1940 in Rice Lake, Wisconsin the daughter of Jesse and Martha Davis.

As a child and young lady Diann attended school in Chetek.  She married Harold Richardson and together raised their three children.  Diann and Harold were happily married for 63 years. She enjoyed watching her grandchildren and enjoyed traveling with her husband.  She was employed at the Anoka State Hospital for 30 years as a pharmacy technician.  She enjoyed fishing, playing cards, puzzles, shopping and cross stitching.  She will be dearly missed.

Diann leaves to celebrate her memory; husband, Harold Richardson, Turtle Lake, WI; children, Kimberly Richardson, Coon Rapids, MN, Tamara (Lyle) Benish, Myrtle Beach, SC, Wade Richardson, Coon Rapids, MN, grandchildren, Ky Benish, Kaleana Benish, Christopher Benish, Robert Benish, Dakota Benish, Dillon Benish and Hunter Benish, great grandchildren: Angel Benish, Gianna Benish, Lathan Tice and Tanner Benish, her siblings, Mardelle Huset and Byron “Buck” Davis and many other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Jesse and Martha Davis and siblings, Arvid, Huey, Chuck, Loren and Grayden.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Burnham-Ours-Kolstad Family Funeral Home on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at 11:00 A.M.  Diann's family will greet visitors at the funeral home beginning at 10:00 A.M.  She will be laid to rest at the Evergreen Cemetery following the service.
