Dwayne was born to Robert and Alvina Minor on February 28, 1936, in Menomonie, Wisconsin.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Alvina Minor.
Dwayne is survived by his children, Lisa and Bobby Minor, brother, Elroy Minor, as well as many other loving family and friends.
