Elaine Mae Loken, 73, of Chetek, passed away on Monday, January 21, 2013 at her home with her family at her side. She was born on April 16, 1939 in Dallas, Wisconsin the daughter of David and Norma O’Flanagan.
Elaine was a member of the Chetek Alliance Church and was a very active member. She enjoyed playing cards, fishing, horses and spending time with her family and friends.
She leaves to celebrate her memory: her husband, Gerald Loken Sr., Chetek, WI; sons, Gerald “Jay” Loken Jr., Chetek, WI; Jeffrey A. (Diane) Loken, Turtle Lake, WI; Bradley Scott Loken, Chetek, WI; grandchildren, Derek Loken, Chetek, Nicole Loken, Dallas, her brother, Marvin “Swede” O’Flanagan, Marysville, WA; nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, Albert, Wilmer, Donald and Lawrence O’Flanagan.
A “Celebration of Life” will be held on Friday, February 1, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the Chetek Alliance Church. Pastor Dan DeYarman will officiate. Elaine’s family will greet visitors at the church from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service. The family wishes to invite their guests to join them for fellowship and lunch following the service.
Elaine will be laid to rest at the Greenwood Cemetery in Dallas in the spring.
