Elizabeth Mae-Pearl Vergin

November 19, 1984 — June 16, 2012

Elizabeth Mae-Pearl Vergin, 27, of Chetek passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2012. She was born on November 19, 1984 in Stevens Point, WI, the daughter of Gretchen and Steven Midboe, and William Yenter.

Elizabeth was intensely loyal, and always inquisitive. She had several pets, and a passion for the unusual. Liz was ambidextrously artistic in pottery, painting, charcoal, and watercolors. She was an avid reader at an early age, and loved theatrics, dance, and movement. Liz was very musical and “muze-acle”, inspired by many genres of music. She dabbled in foreign languages and accents. Liz loved “anything outdoors”, gardening with an artist’s pallet, the feel of rocks, the smell of dirt. Her favorite time was moonlight.

Re-baptized with a sincere confirmation, Liz found her way home to Jesus.

Elizabeth leaves to celebrate her memory, her parents, Gretchen and Steven Midboe, of Chetek, WI and William Yenter, of Elderon, WI; 4 year old daughter, Aurora Elizabeth, of Chetek, WI; brothers, Joseph and Benjamin Midboe, of Chetek, WI; sister, Nicole Yenter, of Elderon, WI; many aunts, uncles, cousins, one niece and one nephew; The Ketteman Family; special friend, Ira Potaczek.

She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.

A Memorial Service for Elizabeth will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, June 21, 2012 at Chetek Lutheran Church, with John Kurschner officiating. Liz’s family will greet visitors at the church from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service.
