Faith Laura Marik

Faith Laura Marik, 84, of Chippewa Falls, WI, passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at her daughter’s home in Chippewa Falls, with her loving family at her side. She was born on February 23, 1928 in Beloit, WI, the daughter of Nobel and Della (Schlicter) Hamilton.
Faith graduated from Beloit High School. She married John E. Marik on November 27, 1947 in Beloit, WI.
Faith leaves to celebrate her memory, her daughter, Bobbi (Cal) Stanford of Chippewa Falls; 6 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John; sister, Grace; and son, Jack.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 15, 2012 at Burnham Ours Funeral Home in Chetek, WI. Faith’s family will greet visitors from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest alongside her husband, John at Lake View Cemetery.
