Gwenda D. Persons, 71 of Chetek passed away Friday, April 07, 2017 at Atrium Post Acute Care Center. She was born in Paso Robles, California May 31, 1945 the daughter of Connie Lloyd and Orphia Juanita (Daniels) Whitt.
Gwenda married David Persons June 21, 1963 in California. She enjoyed sewing many quilts, crocheting, tending her flower gardens, hummingbirds and bowling for over 20 years.
Gwenda is survived by her children Lloyd (Laura) Persons of Chetek, Linda (Allen) Bradfords of Ridgeland, Leandra (Scott) Severson of Barron, 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, brother, Marcus Whitt and sisters Lottie Terra and Wanda Whitt, many nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held Saturday, April 22, 2017 from 2-4:00 P.M. at Chetek Lutheran Church. Please join the family for continued fellowship and a luncheon following the gathering at the church. Please view and sign the online guestbook at www.burnhamours.com.
