James Dale Carlson

James D. Carlson, 66 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away Sunday, May 6, 2018 at his residence.  James was born in Rice Lake, Wisconsin May 5, 1952 the son of June (Loth) and Christian Carlson.

James graduated from Chetek High School in 1970.  He was a machinist in Indianapolis, Indiana and also loved music, playing guitar in several bands over the years.

James is survived by his daughter; Melissa Johnson of Watkins, Minnesota, siblings; Carol Carlson of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, Paul (Brenda) Carlson of New Auburn, Wisconsin, Richard (Susan) Carlson of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, several grandchildren and nephews.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Christian and June (Loth) Carlson.

Graveside service/burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, June 16th at Dovre Lutheran Church Cemetery.

The Burnham-Ours-Kolstad Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
