Jean Eve Bossany, 89, of Chetek passed away on Thursday, January 17, 2013 at the Dallas Care and Rehabilitation Center in Dallas, Wisconsin. Jean was born on December 20, 1923 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Vincent and Frances Miklos.
Jean leaves to celebrate her memory, her children: Carolyn (Bud) Bremer, Geneva, IL; Robert (Lori) Bossany, Menomonie, WI; Ron (Sissy) Bossany, Chetek, WI; Tom (Jane) Bossany, Amery, WI; Susan (Scott) Davis, Chetek, WI; 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 3 brothers in law, Joe (Gerry) Bossany, Chetek, WI; David (Joan) Bossany, Weyerhaeuser, WI; Harry (Dianne) Bossany, Chetek, WI; sister in law, Sandy Bossany, Minneapolis, MN; numerous nieces and nephews and other loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, John, grandson, Mathew, 1 sister, 5 brothers, 4 brothers in law and 5 sisters in law.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Chetek on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. Jean’s family will greet visitors at the Burnham-Ours-Kolstad Family Funeral Home in Chetek on Monday from 4:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. and again on Tuesday at the church for one hour prior to the Mass. The family would like to invite their guests to join them for fellowship and lunch following the Mass.
Jean will be laid to rest alongside her husband John at St. Boniface Catholic Cemetery in the spring. Casket Bearers will be Tom, Ron, Bob and Jason Bossany, Bud Bremer and Scott Davis.
Memorials preferred to the Dallas Care and Rehabilitation Center Activity Fund.
The Burnham-Ours-Kolstad Family Funeral Home of Chetek has been entrusted with arrangements.
