John Engstrom

John C. Engstrom, age 80, of Fort Pierce, Florida passed away Sunday, January 24, 2016.
John was born in Glidden, Wisconsin on September 25, 1935 to the late Edith Anderson and Walter Engstrom. He came to Fort Pierce, Florida from Wisconsin in July of 2015. John enjoyed hunting, boating and especially fishing. He was a basketball coach for many years, most of his players made it to State tournaments. John was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church in Chetek, Wisconsin.
John is preceded in death by his brother Jerry Engstrom.
John is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years, Janet Engstrom; children, Darcie Klopp of Montgomery, Minnesota and Darrin Engstrom (Hannah) of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin; grandchildren, George Klopp (Hannah), Dalton, and Hunter; great-grandchild, Payton Klopp; sister, Phoebe Lois; step daughter, Laura Hopkins (George) of Fort Pierce, Florida; and four legged best friend, Sugar.
