Lorraine Mae Medel, 80 of Naperville, Illinois (formerly of Chetek) passed away Sunday, July 28, 2013 at Edwards Hospital in Illinois. She was born January 16, 1933 in Chicago, Illinois to Louise Helen (Smith) and Arnold Chandler.
Lorraine is survived by her children Susan Campbell, Pamela Hubbird, Michael Hafner, Janet Hafner, Laurie Schimmelpfennig, Mark Schimmelpfennig, David Schimmelpfennig, Julie Hafner, Robert Hafner and 36 Grandchildren. Fond sister of Ione Morales and Sandy Chandler both of Wisconsin. Also survived by other loving relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert V. Medel, one son Glen Schimmelpfennig, sister Carol Ann Scharf and one brother Sonny Chandler.
Funeral Services for Lorraine will be Friday, August 9, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at Burnham-Ours-Kolstad Family Funeral Home, Chetek, Wisconsin. Deacon Michael Cullen officiating. Lorraine's family will greet guests from Noon until the time of the Service at 1:00 P.M. Interment at Pine Grove Cemetery, Stanley township following the service .
