Mary "Sue" (Johnson) Bronstad

Mary “Sue” Bronstad, 79 of Chetek passed away Monday December 28, 2015 at her residence. She was born July 3, 1936 in Anadarko, Oklahoma to Harv and Janie (Meek) Johnson.
Mary is survived by her two children; Janie (James) Ashmore Peres of Madison, Wisconsin and Randy (Tanya) Bronstad of Bloomer, Wisconsin, five grandchildren; Susan (Mike), Jake (Amy), Jacob, Cory (Jeanna), Trista and many great grandchildren. She is also survived by one brother Bobby (Willa) Johnson of Kingston, Oklahoma, sister-in-laws; Ideen Parks, Sharon (Darrel) Boggess, Ann Bronstad, Garnet Bronstad and brother-in-laws; Herman Bronstad, Dennis Bronstad, Basil Bronstad and Bryce (Gerri) Bronstad. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Roger, son Harvey E. Ashmore, sister Cora Thorp and brother Garland Johnson.
A memorial service for Mary will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at the funeral home with Pastor Guy Redfield officiating. Family and friends may gather one hour prior to the service.
