Patricia Jo (Zelinski) Hagen

Patricia Jo Hagen, 66, of New Auburn, Wisconsin passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN with her loving family at her side.  Patricia was born on April 17, 1947 in Ladysmith, Wisconsin the daughter of Edward and Elizabeth Zelinski.

Patricia attended grade school and high school in Weyerhaeuser, Wisconsin and then attended and graduated from Mt. Senario College in Ladysmith, Wisconsin.  She married David Hagen on June 27, 1970 in Weyerhaeuser, Wisconsin and the couple lived and raised their children on the family farm in New Auburn Township.  Patricia enjoyed quilting and collecting marbles and stamps.

Patricia leaves to celebrate her memory: husband, David Hagen, New Auburn,  son, Charles Hagen, New Auburn, daughter, Michelle (John) Law, Chetek, grandchildren, Collin, Erica and Krista, brother, Gerry Zelinski, sister, Carol Hagen, sister, Susan Arndt, brother, David Zelinski, sister Gloria Bier, special niece, Molly Motzer, other nieces, nephews and loving family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Elizabeth and her daughter Dawn in infancy.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Chetek.  The Hagen family will greet visitors at the church beginning at 10:00 A.M.  The family wishes to invite their guests to join them for lunch and fellowship in the church basement following the Memorial Mass.  Patricia will be laid to rest at St. Boniface Catholic Cemetery in the spring.

The Burnham-Ours-Kolstad Family Funeral Home of Chetek has been entrusted with arrangements.
