Robert A. Norman II, 44 went to be with the Lord Tuesday July 7, 2015 at Mayo Clinic Health System- Eau Claire. He was born July 27, 1970 in Rockford, Illinois the son of Robert and Debra (Pfaff) Norman.
Robert worked in Rockford, IL as a machine operator and resided with his 2 sons. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He was an exceptional athlete, played high school and semi pro football. He also wrestled, ran track and power lifted in high school where he set multiple records. By the age of 40 he set 3 world records in bench press. He also coached Pop Warner football for 3 years and was in the semi-finals in the Rockford, Illinois tough man contest.
Robert is survived by his sons; Brody and Logan Norman of Beloit, Wisconsin and his best buddy “Payton”, his parents Bob (Holly) Norman of Beloit and Debbie (John) Hoekman, sister; Heather Norman and grandmother Bea Pfaff all of Chetek. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Ken Pfaff, grandparents, Aubrey & Patricia Norman and uncles, Michael and Terry Norman.
Family and friends may gather for a “Celebration of Life” Monday, July 13, 2015 at the Burnham-Ours-Kolstad Family Funeral Home 4:00-7:00 P.M.
