Trudy Jean (Dodge) Larson, 64, of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, passed away Thursday, April 11, 2013 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire. She was born July 12, 1948 in Eau Claire, the daughter of Kenneth and Gladys (Broten) Dodge.
Trudy loved to sing acapella harmony and was a member of the “Sweet Adaline” group in Wyoming. She also enjoyed reading and crossword books in her spare time.
Trudy leaves to celebrate her memory: children, Larry Larson of Eau Claire, WI and Tammy (Larson) Powell of Chetek, WI.; grandchildren: Thomas Hengst of Bremerton, Washington, Courtney Powell of Chetek, Jeffrey Solberg of Casper, Wyoming and Christopher Larson of Chippewa Falls, WI; sister, Vicky Severude of Cody, Wyoming and brother, Larry (Barb) Dodge of Clark, Wyoming. Also survived by other nephews, relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents.
No services are planned at this time. A celebration of life and inurnment will take place in the New Scandinavia Cemetery, Dallas, WI in the summer.
