Virginia Angeline (Wittmann) Davis

Virginia Angeline Davis, 82, of Prairie Farm, Wisconsin passed away with her loving family at her side on Friday, April 13, 2018 at the Pioneer Nursing Home in Prairie Farm, Wisconsin.  She was born on March 26, 1936 in Rice Lake, Wisconsin the daughter of Joseph and Eva Wittmann.

Virginia enjoyed fishing, hunting and traveling to the casino.  She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.  Virginia was a member of the Chetek VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

Virginia leaves to celebrate her memory: children, Clyde (Barbara) Davis, Rice Lake, WI; Bob (Carol) Davis, Cambridge, MN and Dawn (Terry) Shuttleworth, Prairie Farm, WI, grandchildren: Jessica Davis, Dean Davis, Bobby Joe Davis Jr., Elizabeth Davis, Allyse Paulson and Rona Paulson, several great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren, sister, Evarista C. Fish and other family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Eva Wittmann, her husband, Clyde Davis Sr., siblings, Regina A. Sadowski, Lorraine M. Sadowski, Frances L. Bednarck, Joseph Wittmann Jr. and Duane E. Wittmann.

Virginia’s family will greet visitors at the Burnham-Ours-Kolstad Family Funeral Home on Thursday, April 19, 2018 from 10:00 A.M.  – 11:00 A.M. with a “Time Of Sharing” at 11:00 A.M.  The Chetek VFW Auxiliary will have a service at 10:45 A.M.  A pot luck luncheon will be at the Chetek VFW at Noon.

The Burnham-Ours-Kolstad Family Funeral Home of Chetek has been entrusted with arrangements.
