Vivian Marie (Cheney) Williams

Vivian Marie Williams, 92, of Chetek and formerly of Bellevue, IA, passed away on February 7, 2013 at the Mayo Clinic Health Care Systems Northland in Barron, Wisconsin. She was born on February 9, 1920 in Bellevue, IA the daughter of Roy “Doc” and Anna (Becker) Cheney.
Vivian leaves to celebrate her memory: daughter, Billie (Merle) Linkletter, Chetek, WI; granddaughters, Susan K. Linkletter, Chetek, WI; Jill Marie (Steve) Grehn, Ashland, WI; sisters, Thelma Meier and Lois (Ron) Petesch, Ardis (George) Hinke, who was like a sister to Vivian and other loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy “Doc” and Anna Cheney, her husband, Howard “Harry” Williams, sisters, Dorothy Jess and Jeanette Rathje and her brother, Bud Cheney.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. the First Presbyterian Church in Bellevue, IA. Vivan's family will be greeting visitors at the church one hour prior to the service. Vivian will be laid to rest at the Presbyterian Cemetery following the service.
The Burnham-Ours-Kolstad Family Funeral Home of Chetek has been entrusted with arrangements.
